Formed by Derek White in 1995, Food Service Consultants is an independent catering design specialist consultancy company.
Originally working as a 'hands on' caterer for 12 years, Derek White combined his natural design ability with his experience as a caterer to design practical catering solutions. For ten years he worked in senior positions for various catering contracting companies, equipment suppliers and latterly an independent catering consultancy. With this wealth of experience in 1995 he formed Food Service Consultants.
When required FSC Ltd can join other independent consultants, enabling them to meet Clients requirements of a broader base. Examples of which are mechanical and electrical consultants and operational catering consultants. Operating throughout the UK our main areas of expertise are within the cost sector markets:
